PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br /> 4. Connect side sewer per City Standard#601. <br /> 5. Connect side sewer per Cily Standard#'s 601, 602, 604. <br /> 6. Connect all rooftop downspouts to the side sewer. <br /> 7. Connect rooflop downspouts lo the drainage system provided for this lot. <br /> 8. Rooftop runoffi must be discharged to a ronf downspout infiltration system per City of Everelt Slorm <br /> Manual 3-2.6.2. The approximale size trench is 3.5'wide, 2'deep and 25' long. See attachment for <br /> more details. <br /> 9. The contractor must meet with the Public Works Inspector to discuss potenlial drainage routing prior to <br /> beginning lhe project. <br /> 10. Install erosion control measures as determfned by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw <br /> bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br /> 11, Inslall erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br /> 12. Remove erosion control measures upon completion of the project prior lo final approval of the permit. <br /> 13. All excavateJ material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled lo an approved, <br /> permitted site. No wasting of material is allowed on this building lot. <br /> 14. No dirt, mud, rocks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br /> 15. No building materials to be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and open for <br /> pedeslrian travel. <br /> 16. Adjust water meter box 1"above sidewalk grade. <br /> 17. Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per City of Everelt Slandard Plan#'s 305A&306 on <br /> this proposal's frontage as direcled by the Public Works Inspector(i.e. all unused driveways and any <br /> troken or damaged area musl be replaced). <br /> 18. li,stall a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard#307. <br /> 19. Pave driveway from the front property line out to the street paving. <br /> 20. Contact the Water District for connecting provisions for lhis building's water and <br /> sewer services. <br /> 21. A calch basin as per Cily Standard Plan#402 with a gas trap per Standard Plan#410 is required for the <br /> parking area. <br /> 22. If a sewer pump system is to be installed, the pressure line must discharge into a private manhole,then <br /> gravity flow across the public right-of-way. <br /> 23.
