MILLER FOR APPROVAL OF A <br /> REVIEW PROCESS III RPIII #03-001 <br /> DECISION: The Applicant is granted an exception from the <br /> requirements of Everett Municipal Code 19.7.020.H. <br /> The Applicant can construct a garage of 24 feet in <br /> height. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> William and Sharon Miller (Applicant) own the property at 3520 Everett Avenue, Everett, <br /> Washington (subject property). The Applicant requested approval of a deviation from <br /> the requirements of the Evereit Municipal Code (EMC) 19.7.020.H which requires the <br /> height of detached garages to be a maximum of 15 feet. Pursuant to EMC 19.7.020.K <br /> ihe Applicant seeks a deviation to allow a 24 foot high detached garage to be <br /> constructed on the subject property. <br /> A hearing was held before the Hearing Examiner of the City of Everett on June 19, <br /> 2003.
