Abandoned, c,�recked, dismantled and inoperative <br /> vehicles and equipment are stored upon the <br /> property. <br /> 2. Dangerous and unsafe utility buildings Fnd <br /> storage buildings exist upon the property. <br /> 3. Dangerous and hazardous conditions exist <br /> which are attractive to children and may be <br /> classified as a public nuisance. <br /> A recent inspection by our Housing Censervation <br /> Division indicates that no significant remedial <br /> action has been taken in this matte.r. <br /> I must, ther�fore, formally notify you that unless <br /> the subject property is cleared of al1 debris , junk, <br /> and unsa£e buildings taithin sixty (60) days of this <br /> date, the matter orill be turned over to the L'verett <br /> City Attorney for lcyal action. <br />
