<br /> Grantor's property described below for the purpose of constructing,
<br /> reconstructing, operating, maintaining nnd repairing:

<br /> Snohomish, State of Washington, and the easement is described as follows:
<br /> A portion of the SW'; of Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 5 East,
<br /> W.P1. , described as follows:
<br /> Comnencing at the intersection of the East line of said SW'; with the
<br /> northerly right-of-way margin of Everett Mall Way; thence S 69°14'24" W
<br /> along said right-of-way margin 130.26 feet to the True Point of deginning
<br /> of a centerline of a 15.0 foot strip of land; thence N 0°14'26" W
<br /> 126.23 feet; thence Due WEST 37.0 feet; thence Due EAST 37.0 feet;
<br /> thence N 0°14'26" W 28.50 feet to the terminus of said centerline.
<br /> This essement is grented subject to nnd conditioned upon the following terms,
<br /> conditions und covenants:
<br /> 1. Grantor shall at all times conduct its Activities nnd nll otlier
<br /> activities conducted on Grantor's property so es not to interfere with, obstruct or
<br /> endanger the usefulness of any improvements, or other facili[ies, now or hereafter
<br /> maintained upon the ensement, or in any way interfere with, obstruct or endanger
<br /> the City's use o[ the easement.
<br /> 2. Prior to any construction, work or any other activity by Grantor on
<br /> the easement, a notificntion and plans for the same shall be submitted in writing to
<br /> the City by Grantor and no such construction, v�ork or netivity by Grantor shall be
<br /> commenced without City's prior written ngreement thnt the Grantor's proposed
