City stref�ts are to kept clear of dirt and debris at all times dvring <br /> constructLon. Dust euppression and street cleaning must occuc as <br /> directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 3. P�rformance guaraatees are requ.ired for r,ny vork in [he puLlic <br /> �_gl�c—of—way and for landscaping of the site. <br /> 4. A ona year guarantee is requir.=d for the vork in the publlc <br /> righc—of—vay based on the cast of i:onstruc[ion and shall run for one <br /> yea�� from the date of issuance ot ihe firs[ Occupancy Permit for the <br /> project. <br /> 5.
