Of our original 70 parking stall requirement we <br /> have 65 stalls. Our drive up window cuts our need for parking stalls by 30% <br /> because the customers drive up and drive away. As Exhibit 1 shows we do not <br /> use all Che sCalls that we have. Exhibit 2 shows that we have many more <br /> and sometimes double the number of stalls of other fast food restaurants in <br /> the area. <br /> If we were classified as a restaurant with a drive up window, we would <br /> only be required to have 42 parking stalls.
