Construction of a permanent branch <br /> office will pro�eed from that date and should not take more than nine months. The new <br /> siructure would, of course, be connected to the existing sanitary sewer at the north side <br /> of Broadway. W:th the opening of the permanent office, the portable unit would be <br /> removed from ihe site and the holding tank too. <br /> The irailer would provide office space for an equivalent population of abouT five <br /> office people and, s.ay one customer. There will be only water closets and lavatories at <br /> the trailer so we can estimate conservatively that average daily water use will be about <br /> 20 gpcd or a total of 120 gallons per day. The owner would secure a contract to have a <br /> 1,500 gallon holding tank pumped every two weeks. <br /> Please convey io us ony requirements, codes or conditions That must be met in <br /> making formal application for a holding tank permit for this temporary facility.
