One way is to bore under E3rozdway, provide a steel casing and <br /> cast ir•on lateral to connect to the 36-inch interceptor sewer on tY.e north side <br /> �f the Broadway right-of-way. A second solution is to acquire easement <br /> (usually 10 to 15 f�et wide) from an adjacent property owner in order to con- <br /> strucL a more conventional concrete sewer to ihe south and tie into existing <br /> sewerage works near the United Parcel Service building. Your property, <br /> parcel No. 3-066, is ideally suited for such a sewer and its addition would <br /> certainly enhance the value of your investment. <br /> We are interested in knowing your feelings about allowing a sewer easement <br /> north along your property line and across the parcel to the lot being d��veloped <br /> by our client. You would be expected to share in the cost of sewer construc- <br /> tion. We could expect total construction costs in the neighborhood of $14,000. <br /> There is expected to be only marginal cost benefit to our client if the easement <br /> is secured.
