'fhese measures have been taken to expidite Capital Savings <br /> operations on South Broadway until they can design their final site plan, define their <br /> proposal for Sa�itary Sewer connection and obtain the necessary easements, etc. <br /> It has rece^::y come to our attention that Capital Savings is required to obtain a <br /> permit iur a holding tank from the Health District. So that our oversight does not <br /> cause unintentional delays to Capital Savings, we will be issuing them all appropriate <br /> permits for their opening subject to their immediate application to the Health District <br /> for any other necessary permits. <br /> We ask for your assistance in processing their application with all possible haste. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> LL.OYD E.
