Connor, Assistant Vice Preoident oF <br /> ' Capital Savings. <br /> i <br /> Since only the Northern portion of the sfte is being proposed for development <br /> at this time, I informed Pir. Connor that acce�s to the Southern portion <br /> o' Lhe site must be addressed sL• this time to avoid land locking the southern ' <br /> porticn of the site. Mr. Connor indicated that the access on the west <br /> � covld be expanded to serve any future develop�nt of the �outhern portion of <br /> � the site. He indicated that he understood that development of the southern I <br /> �I portion of Che site was contingent upon proviaion of adequate access to the I <br /> uae proposed in that ares.
