It is our <br /> understanding that the project consists of a five pump (10 fueling positions) gas <br /> station with a 3,938 sq. fl. convenience market. The convenience market will provide <br /> a drive- up expresso window. The project v ill replace an existing bank building with <br /> � four drive up windows. The bank building includes two small businesses. The <br /> location of the project is off of Everett Mall Way S. E. in the City of Evereit, <br /> iWashington. Access to the project is proposed via two existing full access driveways <br /> , anto Everett Mall Way Southeast. <br /> i We have visited the project site 3nd prepared this analysis in accordance with <br /> � our telephone conversation with Wayne Wentz, P.:., of the City of Everett. <br /> IExisting Site Conditions <br /> The project site is developed with a 4,054 sq. it. building. This builuing <br /> I provides space for a 2,456 sq. ft. bank with four drive up windows and 1,598 sq. ft. of <br /> space for small commercial business activities. Access to the site is provided by two <br /> driveways onto Everett Mall Way Southeast. <br /> Trip Generation <br /> I A vehicle trip is defined as a single or one direction vehicle movement with <br /> either the origin or destination (exiting or entering) inside the study site.
