Reference: Final Inspection <br /> Metropolitan Insurance Building <br /> 1031 South Broadway <br /> Everett,Washington <br /> Please be advised that subsequent to your letter of August <br /> 18, 1975, a final inspection of the above referenced building <br /> was conducted at 10: 00 a.m. , Auqust 19, ].975 and the following <br /> discrepancies were found which must be corrected prior to a <br /> Certificate of Occupancy being issued. <br /> 1. The approved plans indicate a twenty five foot <br /> clear distance between parking stal2s, and the <br /> actual distance on the site was measured at 21 <br /> feet. <br /> 2. The approved plans were not at the job site. <br /> Please have these at the site at the time of <br /> rei_nspection. <br /> 3. Provide one parking stall measuring 12 feet wide <br /> and located so that individuals in wheelchairs <br /> are not required to wheel behind parked cars to <br /> enter the building, as required by ANSI A117-1- <br /> 1961 as adopted by the State of 14ashington <br /> Building Code. <br /> 4. Provide a ramp to at least one main entrance for <br /> the handicapped. Said ramp shall have slone not <br /> greater than one foot rise in 12 feet horizontal. <br /> ANSI 117.1-1961. <br /> 5. Provide one additional complying grab bar at either <br /> ihe side or behind the water closets, for the ha.�di- <br /> capped, in each restroom. Section 1711 UBC. <br />
