As I explalned when we met, a windshield repair
estabflshment will occupy a portion of the above center. To conducc business they must have access
to thefr suite from the parking lot. To accompllsh the access we propose deleting lwo parkfng stalls
In from of their sufte and counting the service bays inside the sufte as parking stalls.
The changes we have discussed are consistent with the rational used in approving the interior stalls of
Sourd Advice in the same center. If the wfndshfeld repair business vacates, the parking lot will be
repaired and restriped as originally approved by your department.
Thank you for your consideretion. Please respond as quickly as possible.
Sincerey,
COMMERCIAL DESIGN R, INC.
Jim Wieben
Project Architect
w:alsGS
Enclosures
's
i
