BROADWAY & INTERCITY (#97) <br /> WATER: <br /> There is a 12" C. I, main on the South side of S. Broadway and an 8" C.I. main on <br /> , the West side of Intercity. There is a static pressure of about 84 psi at the hydrunt <br /> at 2nd and Intercity, about 500' North ef the site, which is the nearest hydrar+. There <br /> is an existing n'-" service to the site from the main on Intercity which will have to be <br /> abandoned. <br /> SEWER: <br /> There is an 8" main on Intercity and a 12" main on the North side of S. Broadway, <br /> increasing to 36" near the i,asi end of the site. <br /> DRAINAGE: <br /> Thie site draine to North Creek, a salmon stream, the main stem of which crosses <br /> the aite near its iast property line. The Eastern half of the site is a critical drair_- <br /> age area, currently providing some natural detention storage. Developmen� of this <br /> portion of the site will require a detailed plan for any pro?osed grading and t'illing <br /> which sliould address the impact on downstream areas due to the los's of existing <br /> natural detention. A plan for erosion control during and after conatruction will have <br /> to be approved prior to commencing site pre:paration work.
