Our meeting allowed all present to review the <br /> plans as filed with fee and to hear some of the recollections of pre-permit nego- <br /> tiations with you an3 Pfr. Fred Oehlert. <br /> We appreciated the revie�v b•� Mr. Carroll �iving the City right-of-way engineering <br /> goals and his cormnents about che temporary extruded curb termination 18" toward <br /> the highway from the street 19.ght pole. The balance of the curUs will be placed <br /> per Che permit drawings. Mx•. Hoerr's observations about the existing pool of <br /> water were appreciated. Baugi. Construction Company will pump out that water and <br /> clear. out the manhole gratin� as soon as possible. <br /> Pir. Carroll observed no furlher storm drainage or culverts under the Broadway <br /> access drive are required under the permit nor desirable from his standpoint. <br /> The asphalt fill. material was not used in a critical pavement area. Pfr. Hoerr <br /> agreed that i.t could remain as placed. Mr. Hoerr also said he was pleased with <br /> the fill n.atzrial and methods used i.n olacing that fill at the South Broadway <br /> ac�ess drive:. He did caution, however, when we extend the access drive fill to <br /> the east we should remove all trash and vegetation Uefore placing additional fill <br /> material..
