Please submit fwo p�inted sets of revisions or one e-mailed set of the revised support <br /> drawings to indicate the specific wall material and appropriate connections requested. Upon resubmission of <br /> the drawings, plan review will resume and your application will be given priority. <br /> General <br /> 1. All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br /> structure will be constructed in compliance with �II adopted codes. <br /> Structural <br /> L The sign attachments details should be s ecific to indicate the wall materiais, depth and type of <br /> attachment, and the location of the number of attachments required to resist forces from wind, gravity <br /> and seismic loading, per IBC 1603.1. <br /> • In addition to a section showing the wall material and attachment types and vertical spacing, <br /> the sign attachments should be shown in elevation, to indicate the number, location, and <br /> minimum horizontal spacing of the attachments. <br /> These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br /> (Utilities, Public Works, or Planning). Code references cited include the 2012 International Building Code <br /> (IBC), 2009 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), and the ICC/ANSI <br /> A1171-2003 Accessible and Usable 6uildings and Facilities. All codes referenced, as adopted by the Ciry of <br /> Evcrelt, should indude current revisions by the State oF Washin9ton. Note that (ederal laws may be more <br /> restrictive.
