Found installation to be in <br /> acordanca with �ame details . Prepared three 2x4 mortar test cylinders <br /> and three 4x4x8 grout test prisms . Both grout and mortar are from <br /> batches mixed for south columns ; location is 6 ' to 10 ' up from sidewalk. <br /> INSPECTOR: Hans Roehrig <br /> R-28-90 <br /> Contractor requested us on site to make specimens for grout and <br /> mortar (masonry concrete block) at east face and sidewalk columns .
