Property dimensions, location of all buildings , parking <br /> areas, driceways and landscape areas <br /> b. Location of all existing signs, including the sign height <br /> and sign area for each sign. <br /> c. Location of all proposed signs, including setbacks from <br /> property lines, other signs (on-site and on adjacent sites) . <br /> d. Location of protective islands required by Section 36.090 <br /> for freestandinc3 signs. <br /> e. Location of any signs to be removed or modified. <br /> f. Which nonconfozming signs are proposed to remain. <br /> 2. Elevation Drawing drawn to scale showing: <br /> a. For freestanding signs show the height, dimensions and sign <br /> area of all proposed and existing signs <br /> b. For wall signs, the dimensions and facade area of the facade <br /> of t11e particular business or entity for which the sign permit <br /> is being applied. <br /> ,rB: C - For projecting signs , the dimensions of the sign, its <br /> projection from the building, and the vertical clearance above <br /> grade. <br /> 3 . Landscape Plan for all protective islands required by Section <br /> 36.090 of the zoning code for freestanding signs. <br /> 4 .
