E. Everett Mall Way <br /> and we are in a position to issue a permit for construction to commence <br /> on the restaurant. However, prior to the issuance of this permit there <br /> shall be additional special sewer connection charges per Ordinance No. <br /> 984-83 to be paid in the amount of S25,524.80. <br /> When the original special sewer connection charges were calculated in the <br /> amount of $7,912,80, the entire structure was classified as retail space <br /> as Lhere were no specific uses defined in the plans that were submitted <br /> for our review. <br /> In calcuiating the special connection charges as required by Ordinance No. <br /> 984-83, retail space is computed at 5.314 per square foot of area and a <br /> restaurant is computed at q109.00 per seat. You are being given credit of <br /> 51 ,507.20 for the 4,800 square feet of area in the structure that was <br /> originally charged at the retail snace dollar figure. <br /> I will make myself available to sit down and discuss with yourself or your <br /> representative the possibility of additionai sewer fees based upen the <br /> mix that you anticipate will be in the complex.
