Neill <br />Sparks Tune Up <br />1205 SE Everett Mall Nay <br />Everett, Washington 98204 <br />RE: Sparks Tune Up, Everett Mall Plaza <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Neill: <br />This letter serves as written notification that your new tenant space at Everett <br />Mall Plaza located at 1205 SE Everett Mall Way, Space E•, Building, One, Everett, <br />Washington 98204, is now "substantially complete" and shall be delivered by 1201 <br />Associates, the Lessor, to you effective today for your possession. This letter ful- <br />fills our obligation to you per section 3, paragraph 3.1 and 3.2 of our lease with <br />you dated the 2nd day of April, 1986, by and between Ronald D. Gregory/1201 As- <br />sociates and Gary C. Neill, Winifred L. Neill, Gregor: Neill, and Norma L. Neill. <br />Effective today all Lessor's work, except for the electrical transformer, has been <br />completed as described in Exhibit "C" of the above referenced lease. The electrical <br />transformer is scheduled to be set on Monday, August 4th, 1986 thereby providing <br />electrical power for the entire building. <br />Also, please contact the Everett Building Department as soon as possible to fill out <br />a standard form for your Certificate of Occupancy and mail us a copy as soon as <br />it is issued.
