, <br />'VBLi� %i/O%�J�L� <br />INFORMATION BULLETIN <br />BUILDING P�RMIT APPLICATION <br />R�QUIRED INFORMATION <br />The State Building Code Act, Chapter 19.27 RCW, provides that "the requirements for a fully <br />completed application (for a building permit) shall include some requirements established by <br />the state that must be met before a building permit can be issued." Some items are new, <br />others have been in effect for some time, some may not apply to your specific project. <br />The requirements include: <br />1. The interim construction loan lender name, <br />name and address of the firm holding the <br />contractor for the protection of the owner if <br />u� construction project bond (if Uie bond is for <br />amount of the construction project). <br />(RCW 19.27.095) � <br />address and phone number, if any; or the <br />payment if any, on behalf of the prime <br />the bond is for more than one-half of the <br />an amount not less than 50% of the total <br />2. A legal description and tax parcel number, project street address (if available); groperty <br />��g- owner's name, address and phone number, prime contractor's business name, address and <br />phone number and contractor registration number. <br />(RCW 18.27.095) <br />�`� 3. Verification that a contractor's registration is current by obtaining a copy of the original <br />contractor registration card. <br />(RCW 18.27.110) <br />�.1\� 4. Evidence of an adequate water supply (for building requiring potable water). <br />(RCW 19.27.-97) <br />\�, 5.
