All projects of 4,000 square feet or more lhan 4 dwelling <br />units require the plans to be prepared by an architect currently licensed to practice <br />in the state of Washington (RCW 18.08) - Please note that an engineer's stamp <br />dces not eliminate this requirement. <br />V B. Building section with vertical dimensions indicating location of tenant <br />improvement, other tenants and building construction. <br />D. Wall sections indicating proposed construction and assembly rating as required <br />for occupancy separation, area separation or building construc[ion. <br />E. Stair or ramp plans (1/4" = 1'-0" minimum scale) and secdons. <br />F. Toilet room plans (1/4" = 1'-0" minimum scale) and interior elevations indicate <br />wall and floor finishes, fixture dimensions, handicap accessories (if required) and <br />toilet accessories. <br />G. Door schedule (indicate frame and door radng, type of lock or latch and signage <br />if required). <br />H. Lighling plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of all fixhires, <br />include exterior building mounted lighting if added or revised). This must be <br />provided at the time of building permit application. <br />I. Energy calculations (any exterior wall or roof of existing buildings must be <br />insulated when the framing cavity is exposed when remodeling. Cavity must be <br />insulated to the maximum depth possible or to the depth indicated by energy <br />calculations). <br />J. Structural drawings and calculations (only required if altering existing structure <br />or adding new load-bearing swcture). <br />K.
