As a direct and proximate result of the acts and <br />neglects of defendants and each of them, the ground floor of <br />tl�e commercial buildinq at 221 SE Everett Mall Way was flooded, <br />I�doing severe damage to the building and to the contents <br />I�thereof. including the business of Scott. <br />11. The damage to Landlord's building was a total of <br />lapproximately $17,05'7.91; the damage to Scott, its business and <br />its assets located on the premises was a total of approximately <br />$43,457.81. PlaintifPs pray for leave to amend the foregoing <br />lamounts when they are more certainly ascertained, and to amend <br />to conform to proof at time of trial. <br />wHEREFORE, plaintiffs pray for judgment against the <br />defendants and each of them: <br />1. For the sums set forth above, or according to the <br />praof adduced at trial; and <br />2. For their reasonable or statutory attorney fees and <br />costs incurred in connec:tion with these proceedings and their <br />attempts to recover on their claims; and <br />3.
