Everett Mall Way S.E. The <br />videotape and inspection repon documents that the culvert is significanlly compressed <br />which has sienificantly reduced the design capacity of the culvert. <br />The comprcssed culven drains Ncnh Creek has a tributary area of approzimately 200 <br />acres. The reduced capaci�y o( the culven increases the likelihood oC flouding upstream <br />and adjacent preperties. The City oCEverett strongly recommends that you r:place the <br />compressed culvert as soon as possible. The replacement n;�•en should at least have a <br />capacity equal to the desiqn capacity of the original culven. <br />plso, plense be aware tha[ a public works permit must be obtxined prior to replacing the <br />culvert.
