The 1lsted <br />requirements are placed in response to our review of this information: <br />MITIGATION OF ADVEASE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />1. Either a 5 feet r+ide landscape strip with plantings in compliance uith <br />Section 1.13 of the Standards and Specifications Manual or a sight <br />obscuring fence a minim�mm of 42" in height must be provided along the <br />entire east property boundary and along the north property line west of <br />the proposed building to provide separation from adjacent properties <br />and screening of car lights.
