WASHrta4TOv <br />The Planning Department has reviewed the Nielson Brothers °Bzo� <br />Carpet Store at 121 SE Everett Mall Way on June lOth for <br />compliance with the Determination of Non-Significance, SEPA <br />#61-86. Before the Certificate of Occupancy can be siqned <br />off, the following conditions need to be met: <br />1) provide additional plants at least three feet in height <br />betiueen the existing trees along Everett Mall Way. At <br />least six plants are required for every l00 sqnare feet of <br />rec7uired landscaping area. <br />2) continue the 42 inch hiqh fence along the east property <br />line to the north property line or provide three foot high <br />plants for the remainder of the distance. <br />3) construct a 42 inch high fence or plant a five foot <br />wide landscaped strip with three foot high, sight-obscuring <br />pl.ants along the north property line west of the building <br />and east of the existing evergreen trees. <br />4) screen all outdoor disposal areas. The large dumpster <br />must be screened so as not to be visible from the adjacent <br />property and the public right-of-way. Enclosed is the <br />approved site plan which shows what additional improvements <br />need to be made in order to comply with the DNS. <br />If there has been no action to complete the remaining <br />requirements within 30 days or a written commitment to do <br />so in the immediate future, this will be turned over to our <br />Zoninq Code enforcement officer as a violation.
