You were out so I discussed the situation with a very pleasant <br />and apparently efficient lady at your desk. Shc advised me that they were being <br />held up pending receipt of a plot plan, I advised her at that time that complete <br />site work drawings includin� plot, all utilities, grading, paving, parking, ete, , <br />are on file in botli the office of Mr, Rodney Colvin and Mr, Charles Moore and <br />are available for yoiir use, She advised me that you would still require a small <br />plot plan on your standard form, <br />�Ve parpared this form and Eorwarded it to your office on September 19. <br />SuUsequently we transmitted to your office, revised drawings :howing modifications <br />that were anticipated. I again discussed the status of the building permit with your <br />staff and again advised that the complete site drawings were on file at the above <br />mentioned hvo city offices.
