With ihe <br />addition of the foilowing items, the plans are approved. <br />1. Atl drop in ceiling tile in the i<itchen and dishwashing room must be smooth and <br />easily cleanable. Vinyl covered gypsum ceiling paneis wiil be acceptable. <br />2. The drying rack tor pasta at the pasta booth must be made from maple it wood is <br />used. <br />3. The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to <br />opening for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or eq��iprrierit, ihe <br />Snohomish Health District must be notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. P!ease contaet the <br />Food Program oitice abcut one week in advance to schedute an appoiritmen;.
