A tvo year guarantee is required for private detention facilities serving areas larger than one (1) acre. 5. On-site water main must be withir, an easement to cSe City. The easement will be submicted to the City prior to issuance of permits. A surveyor regiatered in the State o£ Washington must stake the water main prior to construction.
