With th� -;:'liiion of the <br />following, the plans are approved. <br />1. The finished surface of the ceiling tile in the kilchen needs to be nonperfora��d, smooth and <br />ea�ily cleanable. <br />2. If a hose is connected to the faucet at the Root Beer mix vat, the faucet shall have a backflow <br />prevention device. <br />3. The new cutting ledge should be a non-wood product listed by the National Sanitation <br />Foundation (NSF). <br />If there are any significant changes or additions �o your layout or equipment, the Snohomish <br />Health District must be notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prir. r to opening for busir.ess.
