We have <br />reviewed this item with the Plumbing Inspector <br />and he has permi.tted the deletion of the vent <br />if the waste line size was increased from 3" to <br />4" (see enclosed plumbing plan P-2). <br />Area �aay sump pump will be vented as required by <br />Code. By copy of this letter cae are instructing <br />?Sr. Bob Moore to make sure that sump is vented <br />to comply with Code reqvirements. <br />Exit and emergency lights are battery operated <br />as shocan un electric drawing E-2. <br />Should you have any additional questions prior to issuance for a <br />building permit for the referenced project, please advise. <br />Very truly yours, <br />ROY �.
