The ventila:ion system shail be installed and operated to meet applicable buiiding, <br />mechanical and fire codes. <br />2. Lockers or suitable facilities shall be provided for the orderly storage of employee <br />clothing and belongings. <br />3. All food service equipment shail meet the requirements of the Nationai Sanitation <br />Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />4. A handwashing sink is needed in the, rear food preparation area. <br />5. Provide adequate protective tigh! shields for all liyhts in the food preparation and <br />storage areas. <br />6. The compartme�ts to tha 3-compartment sink must b�: large enough to <br />accommodate the cleaning and sanitizing of all utensils and equipment. <br />7. Ttie Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior <br />to opening for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to y�ur layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomish Healih District must be notified. <br />A pre-operationzt inspection is required prior to oFening for business.
