All food service equipment shall meet the requirements <br />of the National Sanitation Foundati-)n, N.S.F., or <br />equivalent. <br />2. The ventilation system shall be instilled and <br />operated to meet applicable building, mechanical <br />and fire codes. <br />3. There shall be no direct connection between the <br />sewerage system and any drains originating from <br />equipment in which food, portable equipnent or <br />utensils are placed. <br />4. Walls and ceiling of the food preparation and <br />scullery area shall be light-colored, smooth, <br />nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. <br />5. Wood surfaces throughout shall be sealed smooth <br />and easily cleanable. <br />6. Lockers or suitable facilities shall be provicad <br />for the orderly storage of employee clothing ai.d <br />belongings. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to <br />your layout or equipment, the Snohomish Health District <br />must be notified. <br />jAn inspection is required about one week prior to com- <br />i <br />I <br />
