FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />The following are requirements of the Uniform Fire Code, as adopted, <br />which require your immediate attention: <br />1. Install approved covers on the open electrical service panel(s), junction <br />box(es), outlet(s) or switch(es). <br />2. Under Permit from the City of Everett Building Department (259-8800), <br />extend the automatic sprinkler system to the unprotected area(s). <br />a. interview booth <br />3. The portable fire extinguisher(s) must be properly serviced, then tagged <br />and dated by a person authorized by this department to do such work. <br />A reinspection of this business will he conducted on or after November 27, <br />1989. Please see that the above requirements are met at that time.
