His correction letter <br />just arrived this week. <br />1. Carpet must be fire retardant. <br />2. Wood studs (not furring) must be fire retardant. <br />3. Duct openings, recessed lights, and any other ceiling openings <br />must be 1-hour protected. <br />I <br />4. Two conforming exits are required. <br />5. Exits must be separated by a distance of 20 percent of the <br />store perimeter. <br />6. Required exits may not be thru the storage room. <br />7. A sign must be posted at front grille. "This door must be <br />open during business hours". <br />B. Two toilet rooms are required. An appeal may be made for <br />completion of one toilet and rough -in of the second. Such <br />1 appeal must contain complete information concerning number <br />and sex of all store personnel. <br />
