r <br />r <br />L. <br />CITY OF EVERETT' <br />USE PERMIT <br />May 10, 1982 <br />Applicant: The Farmer's Market of Snohomish County <br />Location: Everett Mall (South Entrance) <br />Phone: 259-9422 <br />Activity: Farmer's Market (seasonal produce, fish, eggs, crafts) <br />Time Frame: June 5 to October 31 <br />Hours of Operation: Weekdays 10 A.M. to 9 P.M. <br />Weekends 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. <br />Initial operation on Friday, Saturday and Sunday <br />May increase to daily during peak season <br />Conditions: The following conditions shall be adhered to <br />by the Farmer's Market of Snohomish County <br />in conducting their seasonal farmers market <br />at the Everett Mall. <br />I. The site shall be developed per the site plan submitted to the City on April 26, 1982. <br />2. A health permit shall be obtained from the County Health Department prior to opening. <br />Operation of the Farmer's Market shall meet Health Department requirements. <br />3. This activity shall operate from approximately June 5 to October 31, after which the <br />City will evaluate the use prior to approving the activity for future seasons. The site <br />shall be cleaned up and free of debris within five days after closing for the year. <br />4. Any lights installed shall not result in a glare on adjacent internal access routes, or on <br />the PUD right-of-way. <br />5. In the event the City Traffic Engineer determines that the location of the Farmer's <br />Market is disruptive to the parking function or pedestrian or traffic circulation flows for <br />the Everett Mall, the Farmer's Market shall be relocated to the east or to another <br />location agreed upon by the City and the Farmer's Market. <br />6. Provisions should be made to facilitate pedestrian movement within the parking lot area <br />and the market area, as well as between the market area and the Everett Mall Village <br />(i.e. crosswalks, painting of walkways). <br />7. Failure of the applicant to comply with any of the above conditions shall be an indication <br />of lack of good faith and therefore provide the City cause to take appropriate action <br />resulting in closing the activity. <br />Tanning Director <br />J <br />
