Therefore, should there be any major changes and/or additions to your layout plans and equipment specifications, you must notify the Snohomish Health District of the changes. 13. It should be pointed out that the health department approval of the finished installation (equipment and facilities) is subject to the final field inspection. You should call, wher ready, for the final field inspection. In the meantime, the health department will make field checks of the construction. 14. In 1980, the Snohomish Health District's Board of Health established a plan review charge for review of plans and specifications. The fee is $25.00 per hour. Your total review time is eight (8) hours or $200.00. The fee must be paid before the food -service establishment permit is issued.
