With the addition of <br />the following items, the pians are approved. <br />I. The floor drain inside the walk-in cooler will be deleted and <br />a new one installed outside the walk-in. <br />2. Provide an additional drainboard or dish table for storage of <br />clean utensils. <br />3. There shall be no direct connections between the sewerage <br />system and any drains originating from equipment in which <br />food is planed. <br />4. All food service equipment shall meet the requirements of <br />the National Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />5. Wood surfaces throughout shall be sealed smooth and easily <br />cleanable. <br />6. The ventilation system shall be installed and operated to <br />meet applicable building, mechanical arid fire codes. <br />7. The Health District operating permit application process <br />must be completed prior to opening for business. <br />
