Floor plan with complete dimensions (indicate entire building <br />showing all exit doors, stairs, corridors, etc.). <br />-lL B. Building section with vertical dimensions indicating location of <br />tenant improvement, other tenants and building construction. <br />C. Wall sections indicating proposed construction and assembly <br />rating as required for occupancy separation, area separation or <br />building construction. <br />D. Stair or ramp plans (1/4"-1'-0" minimum scale) and sections. <br />E. Toilet room plans (1/4"-1'-0" minimum scale) and interior <br />.. elevations (indicate wall and floor finishes, fixture dimensions, <br />handicap accessories (if required) and toilet accessories. <br />F. Door schedule (indicate frame and door rating, type of lock or <br />latch and signage if required). <br />AZ G. Lighting plan and energy budget calculations (indicate wattage of <br />all fixtures, include exterior building mounted lighting if added <br />or revised). <br />11. Energy calculations (any exterior wall or roof of existing <br />buildings must be insulated when the framing cavity is exposed <br />when remodeling. Cavity must Le insulated to the maximum depth <br />possible or to the depth indicated by energy calculations). <br />I. Structural drawings and calculations (only required if altering <br />existing structure or adding new load -bearing structure). <br />J. Architects or engineers stamp, (All projects over 4,000 square <br />feet or more than 4 dwelling units require the plans to be <br />prepared by an architect or engineer currently licensed to <br />practice in the State of Washington). <br />K. Copies of any permits/approvals issued by the Planning Department. <br />L.
