Fees: The plan check fee is due when permit application <br />the permit fees are paid when the permit is issued. This checklist must accompany a <br />completed permit application. <br />BUILDING DESCRIPTION <br />Building: I A. Use of tenant space and building (or adjacent tenants, <br />Tenant: Kf2 j6 Ni for example a Tenant: restaurant, an office; etc.). <br />B. Construction materials within building (wood, steel, <br />I st FI. 3, btS sf C. Building floor area (U.B.C. Section 407 "Floor area" <br />2nd Fl. sf (if multiple floors indicate floor area of each floor). <br />3rd Fl. sf <br />Tenant improvement floor area. <br />Indicate if the building is equipped with an automatic fire suppression <br />system (fire sprinkler system). Please refer to City of Everett Ordinance <br />No. 1902-92. <br />Number of off-street parking spaces <br />Describe below any other information which may assist the Plans Reviewer in processing the <br />permit application. <br />
