Acoustical ceiling shall be installed in accordance <br />with an Underwriters' Label design. <br />2. All duct openings in its ceiling shall be protected by <br />fire dampers. <br />3. All recessed lights shall be 1-hour rated or, protected <br />in accordance with the U. L. Design. <br />4. All other ceiling openings shall be protected. <br />5. Storage areas in excess of 1000 square feet shall be <br />separated from the public areas by a 1-hour fire resistive <br />wall. The present area is over 1000 square feet. If a <br />corridor is put thru the area, this item is not required. <br />5. The occupant load is over 50. Two conforming exits <br />are required. <br />7. A sign shall be posted at front grille: <br />"this door to remain open during business hours" <br />6. Required exits are not permitted thru storage areas. <br />
