The following <br />information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />I. Copy of proposed menu. <br />2. Finish schedule for floors, walls, ceilings, counters and cabinets. <br />3. Plumbing details or schedule. <br />4. No designated handwash sinks are shown on the proposed Floor plan. Handwash sinks are <br />required in the food preparation area, dishwash area and front counter area. Due to the length of <br />the front counter, more than one handwash sink will be required for the front counter. <br />5. No designated food preparation sink is shown on the proposed Floor plan. At least one food <br />preparation sink with integral drainboard and indirectly drained is required. <br />6. No designated dishwash area is shown on the proposed Floor plan. A three compartment sink with <br />integral drainboards at each end is required. A dishwasher with pre -rinse sink and spray arm is <br />also acceptable provided all items to be washed fit inside the dishwasher <br />7. Resubmit a Floor plan, drawn to scale, showing location of all equipment, plumbing fixtures and <br />the like which includes the required additional sinks and information. The scale of the drawing <br />should be 1/4 inch equals i foot. <br />Note: A preoperational inspection is required prier to opening for business. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
