With the addition of the following, the <br />plans are approved. <br />1. Plumbing must meet state and local codes. A reduced pressure backflow prevention device is <br />required between the copper water pipe and the carbonation device. <br />2. An additional handwash sink is required. <br />3. The Health District operating permit application process must be completed prior to opening <br />for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish <br />Health District must be notified. <br />A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. Please contact the Food <br />Program office about one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
