If you �vish to prevent the permit from expiring without <br />documentation of complecion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspeaion of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day ex[ension. <br />Please respond within 10 days.
