<br />Rules and Regulations of the State Board of Health and
<br />with the policies of the Snohomish Y.ealth District. i�Tith
<br />the addition of the following items, the plans are approved
<br />1. The ventilation system sha11 be installed and operated
<br />to meet applicable building, mechanical and fire codes.
<br />2. Walls and ceiiing of the food preparation and scullery
<br />area sha11 be light-colored, smooth, nonabsorbent
<br />and easily cleanable.

<br />Wood surfaces throughout shall be sealed smooth and
<br />easily clesnable.
<br />Lockers or sui+-able facilities sh,�.11 be provided
<br />for the orderly �torage of employee cl,thing and
<br />belongings.
<br />If there are any significant c.hanges or additions to
<br />your layout or equipment, the ;inohomish Health District
<br />must be notified.
<br />An inspecT.ion is requiied about one week prior to com-
<br />pletion c� the work. Please contact me at that time.
<br />This will insure compliance with the Rules and Reg-
<br />ulations of the State Board of Health for Food Service
<br />Sanitation (WAC 248-84).
