Typicaliy these are deferred submit[als [hat the <br />suo-contractors apply for once the building permit fi�r the Tenant Improvement is approved. Mechanical, Fire <br />suppression and Sign permits will require plan review. The plumbing permi[ does not need review and will be <br />issued over the counter onee the building permit is approved. If you wish to have the mechanical reviewed along <br />with the building permit, please provide a separate mechanical valuation for the exhaust fans and ducting you <br />i� � <br />
