Lockers or suitable facilities shall be provided for the orderly storage of <br />employee clothing and belongings. <br />2. All food service equipment sFiall meet t�e requirements of the National Sanitation <br />Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />3. Provide adequate protective light shields for ail lights in tne food preparation and <br />storage areas. <br />4. The dishmachine must be large enough to accommodate the cleaning and sanitizing <br />of all utansils and eyuipment. <br />5. The ice machine mu� be located so that it receives no splash or contamination <br />from the dishmachine. <br />6. The Health Disirlci operating permit application process mus! be completed <br />prior to opening for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />S�ohomish Health District must be notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection fs required prior to opening for business. Please <br />contact me about one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
