The plan review was made from information you presented to our office. It should be poinL-ed out that the hcalr.h department approval of the finished <br />installation (equipment and facilit.=s) is subject to the final �:ield <br />inspection. You. chould call, when read}, for the finnl field inspection. <br />The health department will make tield checks of the construction, <br />12. In 1980, the Snohomish Health District`s k3oard of Health esta�ilished a plan <br />review charge for review of plan� and specifications. The fee schedule is <br />$2�.00 per hour.
