These revisions are required to keep the clearances shown on the submittal, per IMC Section 506.3.6. Additionally, a licensed Washington State engineer is required to subrr�it a stamped letter to verify thal the roof structure can support the roof equipment shown, including ihe 800 pound A/C unit. Additional details and calculalions may be required as dete: mined by the engineers review of the submittal. All required =ubmittals must be of sufficie��t detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes, including: the 2003 International Building Code (18C), the 2003 Internatior.al Mechar,ical �ode QMC), the Nlashington State Energy Code, (WSEC) 2004, and the Washington State Venti!ation & Indoor Air �uality Code (VIAQ) 2003, including amendments by the State of Washington, and as adopted by the City of Everett.
