Placing the handsink near the Gyro <br />machine (A-35) wouid appear to ba tlie logical ;:hoice since it then would <br />be centrally located for empioyees on the cooking line and sandwich prep <br />tables (A-44, A-48). Since you have very limited space, the handsink does <br />nat need to be very large, ju�t accessible and functional. Either a counter- <br />mounted or wall hung handsink would be acceptable. Soap and paper <br />towels must be avaiiable at the handsink. <br />Please submit the proposed handsink location for Snohomish Health <br />DisiricYs approval.
